About Me: With a foundation in Exercise Science and Chiropractic, Daniel Camilleri has built a career bridging the gap between performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. His journey in the fitness industry began as a personal trainer, where he developed a strong appreciation for movement quality and strength development. Early in his career, Daniel worked extensively in strength and conditioning, coaching swimmers and state-level netball athletes to enhance their performance through structured training programs. This experience laid the foundation for his transition into injury prevention and rehabilitation, where he now specialises in guiding athletes and active individuals back to full function. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at an early age, Daniel understands firsthand the importance of structured training and lifestyle management. His sporting background includes football, baseball, CrossFit, triathlon, ice hockey, and archery, giving him a broad perspective on sport-specific demands and movement efficiency. Through mentoring, Daniel shares his expertise with personal trainers and allied health professionals, helping them refine their skills in coaching, biomechanics, and rehabilitation strategies. His approach integrates evidence-based practice with real-world experience, ensuring that his mentees develop confidence and competence in the fitness industry.
