Background: With 8 years of experience as a fitness instructor and recent experience as the owner and manager of Ningaloo Reef Gym, I bring both technical fitness knowledge and practical business skills to my mentoring. I have coordinated group fitness programs, helping clients achieve their goals while fostering a supportive, high-energy environment. Managing a gym for the past 6 months has given me hands on experience in all aspects of gym operations, from member engagement to team management.
Conditions: Students will have the opportunity to train with me at Ningaloo Reef Gym in Exmouth. With a focus on group fitness and gym management, I offer valuable insight into running a successful fitness business and coordinating team efforts in a remote location.
Conditions: Students need to make sure that they are well organised and prepared for the Practical Mentoring Sessions. This includes watching the Demonstration Videos, having your forms printed and your Practice Client organised. When you are at the facility, be respectful of our other members and conduct yourself professionally.
