My Background:  I started as a soccer coach, moved to running a gym for 2 1/2 years. I now own and run a functional strength based gym ( classes) since 2018..

Student Expectations: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. Students need to make sure they are well prepared for the sessions, having watched the demonstration videos, prepared the paperwork and have your practice clients organised.

Student Opportunities: Students can come and train with me at the gym and watch some sessions.
