Opportunities: Michael provides students with valuable hands-on learning opportunities. His mentoring covers a range of areas, including powerlifting, hypertrophy, weight loss, and working with specialised populations such as older adults.
Background: Fitness has always been my passion. I take great pride in sharing my journey with others. After struggling with major depressive disorder and using fitness as a tool to regain control of my life, I dropped 50 kg, started lifting weights, and entered the fitness industry. I’ve been bodybuilding for over three years and training clients for four years, specialising in general fitness, powerlifting, and hypertrophy-focused training. I also enjoy working with elderly clients and helping individuals achieve significant transformations. My goal is to share my personal and professional experiences to inspire and mentor others in achieving their goals.
Conditions: Students need to make sure that they are well organised and prepared for the Practical Mentoring Sessions. This includes watching the Demonstration Videos, having your forms printed and your Practice Client organised. When you are at the facility, be respectful of our other members and conduct yourself professionally.
