My Background: Hello, I’m Lyndsay .. With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I currently serve as the strength and conditioning coach for the Melbourne Mustangs. I also own and operate a personal training studio in the heart of Oakleigh, which has been successfully running for 12 years. My dedication lies in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and supporting teams in reaching their full potential.
Student Expectations: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. Students need to make sure they are well prepared for the sessions, having watched the demonstration videos, prepared the paperwork and have your practice clients organised.
Student Opportunities: We can discuss the option of students participating or observing sessions and possible career opportunities upon graduation. We have positions from time to time for people who are a fit for my studio.

About Lyndsay:
Lyndsay Buchanan has been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years, 8 of those working as a personal trainer. Lyndsay has worked in both gym and outdoor fitness environments as a fitness instructor/personal trainer.
Lyndsay has been self-employed since December 2012 and has built up a friendly small private studio at 25A Grant Street Oakleigh, Melbourne.
Lyndsay is qualified at an advanced level with kettlebells. Kettlebells are fantastic for Functional training, strength training and weight loss. Lyndsay's love of kettlebells reflects on her clients and how much they enjoy using them.
