Opportunities:  Students can observe and participate in personal training sessions with me at Club Lime South Yarra, gaining hands-on experience in both group fitness and one-on-one coaching.

Background: I began my career in the fitness industry as a group fitness instructor at F45, where I developed a passion for helping people achieve their goals. I then transitioned into personal training with Club Lime South Yarra, where I focus on one-on-one coaching. Although I’ve been in the industry for about seven months, I’m eager to expand my skills and knowledge, particularly in mentoring and guiding others in their fitness careers. My certifications include SIS30321 Certificate III and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness. I believe in helping clients reach their goals efficiently and effectively, and I aim to share my growing experience with aspiring trainers.

Conditions:  Students need to make sure that they are well organised and prepared for the Practical Mentoring Sessions. This includes watching the Demonstration Videos, having your forms printed and your Practice Client organised. When you are at the facility, be respectful of our other members and conduct yourself professionally.
