My Background:  I have gained my experience in the fitness industry since 2019,  specialising in muscle hypertrophy and fat loss. I've built a team of trainers, worked in various gym environments, and currently offer personalised training and nutritional services, including collaborations with gyms and online coaching.

Student Expectations: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. Students need to make sure they are well prepared for the sessions, having watched the demonstration videos, prepared the paperwork and have your practice clients organised.

Student Opportunities: We can discuss the option of students participating or observing sessions and possible career opportunities upon graduation. We have positions from time to time for people who are suitable.

About Me: Weight training and muscle building has been a passion of mine since my older brother first introduced me to the gym. My passion then led me to independently research the best methods for muscle growth for myself. The more time and effort I invested into my own fitness journey the more I realized it was more than just a hobby. This realization led to my subsequent career change, from primary school teacher to personal trainer and business owner. I am passionate about designing personalized training programs that empower others to reach their goals. I pride myself in putting correct technique at the forefront of my training to ensure that all movements are performed safely and promote injury prevention.
Since being diagnosed with an auto-immune disease in 2013 I have had to be more cautious with both my training routine and nutrition. Different foods and drinks can make me ill as well as making it difficult to build and increase muscle size. This diagnosis has led me to improve my understanding of nutrition and training specific to muscle growth. I strive to not only achieve fitness goals but keep my health and well being a priority throughout.
In exchange for your hard work, sweat and dedication I will share my knowledge and experience of weight training and nutrition. In turn helping to guide you in achieving your goals and creating a healthier version of you.
