My Background: I am a personal Trainer who is passionate about making changes to the health and fitness industry, I began in the fitness industry when I was 17. Was managing an Active Heatlh club in Innisfail from age 21 and started my own personal Training company "XL Personal Training" in Darwin 2017 completing a diploma in fitness and advanced diploma in business, recognised by Aus active as the best PT in the NT for 2017.
Student Expectations: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. Students need to make sure they are well prepared for the sessions, having watched the demonstration videos, prepared the paperwork and have your practice clients organised.
