My Background:  With 10+ years in the sporting and fitness industry, my passion is to share my extensive knowledge of the gym and to help people of all ages and abilities learn the fundamentals of strength training.

Student Expectations: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. Students need to make sure they are well prepared for the sessions, having watched the demonstration videos, prepared the paperwork and have your practice clients organised.

Student Opportunities: Students can come and train with me at the gym and watch some sessions.

I have loved to see the huge changes to those who have committed to strength training and have invested in me to support them with their mindset, performance and aesthetic goals.

I commit to helping my clients train with correct form and tailoring their programs effectively, so they can see results and find satisfaction in the process of achieving their goals.
