City Fit is an independent, 100% locally owned and operated club in the heart of Bundaberg.  The club features a large fully equipped gym floor, private ladies only area and massive functional training room.

Friendly, qualified staff are onsite to assist you whenever you need it and a program is available with every new membership.  City Fit is also the home of Group Fitness, with over 120 world class group fitness classes run out of two amazing, purpose built studios.

As a member of our team, you will be a part of the community helping people not only get fit, but make new friends and increase their confidence.  This role is perfect for people who are friendly, adaptable and inclusive.  It's also important to have a limited ego and keen to be part of a team.

Group Exercise Leader roles are available for people who have completed  SISSS00128 - Group Exercise Leader and have a current First Aid Certificate PLUS completing an appropriate Pre Designed Fitness Program Qualification.  If you have these qualifications you can click here to come and chat to us about opportunities with us

Group Fitness Instructor roles are available for people who have completed  SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and have a current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Permit.  If you have these qualifications you can click here to come and chat to us about opportunities with us

Personal Training roles are available for people who have completed  SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness and have a current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Permit. If you have these qualifications you canclick here to come and chat to us about opportunities with us

Internships are available for suitable applicants who do not yet have the relevant qualifications, but know that they want to work with us.  Interns will be provided with a subsidy to complete the any relevant training courses knowing that you have a job waiting for you as soon as you are qualified.
