Availability: Monday - Friday, 6.00 am-6.00 pm (by appointment)
Background: With over 30 years of personal experience in training at the gym and as a qualified personal trainer since 2014, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role. My previous experience in corporate sales has provided me with the skills to successfully run my own fitness business. Additionally, I have trained with nearly 30 personal trainers throughout my career, continually seeking out opportunities to learn and grow, which has broadened my expertise beyond my formal qualifications. I specialise in personal training, yoga, reformer pilates, and women’s health and wellness, and I have held roles in club management and as a PT manager. My passion lies in sharing my extensive knowledge with others, supporting both clients and aspiring trainers on their fitness journeys.
Conditions: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. I emphasise the importance of communication and being proactive in learning while offering flexibility in scheduling practice sessions during afternoons and some weekends.
