Opportunities: Students can come and train with me at the gym and watch some sessions.

Background:  A versatile trainer who has experience with resistance training, CrossFit, Running, Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics.

Expectations:  Students need to make sure that they are well organised and prepared for the Practical Mentoring Sessions. This includes watching the Demonstration Videos, having your forms printed and your Practice Client organised. About Max: I’ve been a personal trainer since 2017. Have worked with hundreds, if not a couple thousand of people over the years.
These people range from ages 12-75, and I have done alot of work with training people with disabilities such as Autism, Parkinson’s, etc.
I have always wanted to teach the younger generation what I believe is an ideal way to exercise.
