Opportunities: Students will gain insight into both personal training and osteopathy, learning how to integrate health science principles into fitness coaching. With over 15 years of experience across various roles in the fitness industry, I offer a diverse and comprehensive learning experience, from mobile personal training to managing gym staff and applying osteopathic knowledge to training.
Background: I’ve been active in the fitness industry for over 15 years, starting as a rental trainer and moving up to PT Manager at a chain gym. After earning my degrees in Health Sciences and Osteopathy from RMIT, I launched my own mobile personal training service, Evidence Based Health and Performance. Alongside running my mobile business, I work as an osteopath at Evolve Sports Medicine, helping clients manage injuries and complex health conditions.
Conditions: Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during practice sessions. I emphasize the importance of communication and being proactive in learning while offering flexibility in scheduling practice sessions during afternoons and some weekends.

About Luke Dewberry: Dr Luke Dewberry is an Osteopath & Personal Trainer with over a decade's experience, providing mobile personal training/health services. He aims to promote health literacy and education in his clinic patients, and private clients alike, while improving their general health and wellbeing. Outside of work, Luke spends way too much of his spare time playing squash, getting down to the beach with his Golden Retriever, and taking his dad jokes professional after the birth of his daughter in 2023.
